Logging in

Solution To login to your membership area use the login form at top of each page. It is titled login. You will be able to enter your username / password and once you click on the login button it will take you to the main community page.

If you have forgotten your username or password you can change this any time by clicking the forgot password link on the login form at the top of each page. An email will be sent to you once you have filled in the required fields.

If you have logged in and would like to change your password / username you can do this by clicking on the 'Your Subscription details' link on the bottom menu once you have logged in. Once the page has loaded click on change password / username link and follow the instructions to reset your password using your email address.

If you are still having problems then submit a ticket with the details and your password will be reset.
